Les brachioplasties en chirurgie de réhabilitation morphologiques

Abstract : Obesity currently affects 500 million people worldwide. For patients wishing to lose weight, the High Authority of Health in 2009 recommends a multidsciplinary approach. Bariatric surgery has been well developed and the gastric bypass is the most common intervention. Parallel morphological surgery to correct residual defects of this massive weight loss has known for ten years a boom.Although brachioplasty is often not widely known, the result will allow a significant improvement in curvature of the arm to participate in the patient?s adaptation to her new body image. However, it continues to have a bad reputation, due to its scars an dits complications, but the development of technology has limited them.
