Optimisation des alarmes dans le Système de Contrôle Commande de la tranche 6 au charbon

Abstract : I did my internship at Uniper France Power, a company which is positioned in the electricity production from fossil fuel. The process of production from coal is checked and controlled by a Distributed Control System (DCS). This system checks the information from logical or analog sensors (pressure, temperature, level, flow, power, etc). It informs (alarms, plans, etc) people in the control-room. Finally, outputs have an action on actuators (motors, valves, hydraulic actuators, etc) to control the process. People are informed when an abnormal condition is detected. A screen is especially dedicated to alarms. The problematic is that the number of appearances is too high and it disturbs the view of the most important ones. My mission is to understand the process of production and then, to define an action to reduce their occurrences. For that purpose, I did a table which counts the number of appearances for four months since January 1st 2016. From that, according to the results, I decide to keep it, to put a condition or to delete it. The final table will be approved by the responsible persons.
