Essais de stimulation de vitalité et de protection biologique contre les agents pathogènes telluriques d'une préparation à base de Trichoderma harzianum souche T-22 sur culture de chicorée frisée

Abstract : Trichoderma harzianum is the most widespread saprophytic fungus of the rhizosphere. His capacities to limit other fungi growth and activity with mechanisms such as competition, mycoparasitism or antibiotics synthesis, have made him a very interesting biocontrol agent for the research. Trichoderma has the ability to enhance plant growth and yield and its response to attacks by pathogen agents as well. Trianum® is a Trichoderma crop protection product commercialized by Koppert Biological Systems. This report presents an experiment in which Trianum® efficiency was tested in production conditions. It aimed at studying the plant strengthener and growth enhancement properties of this fungus compared to another product on salad crop. The trial revealed that root system development was significantly better with Trianum® than with no treatment. Nevertheless, it did not allow to conclude on its efficiency to enhance sprouting, aerial growth, restart or increase the yield.
