Modélisation 3D du projet Ambiflux sous DELMIA Automation

Abstract : The internship described in the present report was developed from April to September 2011 and it took place at the AIP-PRIMECA (Atelier Inter-Etablissements de Productique de Lorraine), an industry-oriented educational resources center. The AIP-PRIMECA pole is a common service of three establishments: the University Henri Poincaré Nancy 1, the Institut National Polytechnique de Lorraine and the Ecole National Supérieure de Arts et Métiers de Metz. The internship subject aims to develop a digital model based on the Delmia software capable to simulate the behavior of robot(s) in different scenarios defined in Ambiflux. The Delmia software allows modeling virtual products and simulations. The Ambiflux project (Ambient Systems of Production and Maintenance) is an ongoing AIP project that looks to develop a production system taking advantage of intelligent ambient concepts. The following report is divided into two central points. The first point shows the development of the subject with System Engineering approach (method learnt during the master) and with the methodology provided by IBM Rational Harmony Deskbook. The second point describes the realization of the product (digital model) on Delmia software from the results given by the first point. The obtained results show that digital model simulate the movements of the real robot, in informing him, for example, the parameters of displacement, rotation and speed.
