Impact énocomique et utilité sociale de l'Open de Moselle de Tennis

Abstract : The tennis event called « Open de Moselle » is a regular tennis tournament which takes place every year in Metz (Moselle Department): it is really a political action from the Moselle departmental council. This sport event represents a real meeting to build and strengthen local economic and political actors relationship. This network is composed by tournament organizers, sponsors, medias or politics. The most important value advanced by this network is the investment of each part. It permits to analyse professionally the different event's effects on the Moselle Department: economic consequences (new activities, economic development?) or social effects (inhabitants? way of living improvement?)
