Since March the 15th 2013, Grand Nancy’s intervention in health is organized around the Health Local Contract which aims at building synergies on priorities shared by the Regional Agency of Health and the collectivity. Among those priorities, there’s been the will to act on people’s well-being through the setting of a Local Council on Mental Health in March 2015. In the mean time, the Health Local Contrat is committed to a strong focus which is about promoting physical and sports activities for people to thrive in good health. To join these two concepts of mental health and physical health, comes the annual thematic of 2016 about the organization of the national Weeks of Information about Mental Health : Mental health & physical health, a vital bound. At the Grand Nancy’s scale of territory, the idea is to continue to think in this perspective throughout a focus group around a project about physical activities for a precarious public to help prevent and cure psychic disorders (Project 3-Psi). This dissertation is about understanding mental health along with the network of partners in which Grand Nancy’s staff who manage health issues evolve. Then, we shall analyse the difficulties which prevail when it comes to gather actors in sanitation and actors in social work and for them to come to an agreement. Finally, we’ll suggest a useful tool for collaboration and cooperation.
