Etudes de systèmes énergétiques et optimisation énergétique de bâtiments basse énergie

Abstract : The population of the planet increases at a fast pace and the construction sector must face the challenge of a higher demand for buildings. But with such a population growth, the resources in fossil fuels as well as natural resources strongly decrease. It is thus necessary to properly combine construction techniques with limited resources. In this context I.F.S.B. meets the challenge to conceive and develop professional training, tools and systems for construction companies, allowing them to adapt to low energy houses/buildings. Within the framework of this internship, various projects were implemented: A heat pump installation in a building, allowing the future installers to understand how this type of system has to be implemented in a housing environment. An energy optimization of the company’s main building so it can become an example of energy saving building. A study and a realization of a guide and software of decision-making on houses with the aim of helping future buyers to choose the good materials to renovate or build passive energy and ecological houses.
