Étude des propriétés thermiques de nanofils de silicium amorphes/cristallins

Abstract : The works realised during this internship focus on the study of the thermal properties of amorphous/crystalline silicon nanowires. Numerical tools have been used, especially Molecular Dynamics. After dealing with the theoric notions about conductiv thermal at nanoscale, the modelization of amorphous/crystalline structures is treated, and several methods are proposed. in the last part, the results of thermal conductivity of the modelized structures are reported.
