Transferts de chaleur dans des éléments micro et nano structurés : simulation et expérimentation par thermographie infrarouge et microscopie SThM

Abstract : A measurement of the temperature field by infrared thermography of a microtrack platinum based on a silica substrate and heated by the Joule effect by means of two electrodes was carried out. Mapping of temperature was obtained from the thermal camera and data processing was performed using Matlab. From the point of view modeling and numerical simulation, we modeled the structure studied in COMSOL (tools multi-physics finite element simulation). Two cases of modeling were discussed : a two-dimensional model (2D) of a section of experimental and a threedimensional model (3D) of the sample and its heating system taking into account all the phenomena of exchange. The results of numerical simulation were then compared with experimental measurements and a sensitivity analysis of the parameters that influenced the temperature profiles was performed.
