Optimisation agro-environnementale de l'application des produits phytosanitaires en viticulture par l'utilisation de matériels d'application performants et l'adaptation des doses au contexte de la parcelle

Abstract : In the context of 2018 Ecophyto plan, France made a commitment, in 2008, to reduce by half the use of pesticides before 2018, if possible. As regards to its surface, the viticulture is a culture with high consumption of pesticides. To achieve these objectives in short and medium times, the most relevant tracks are the techniques of application of pesticides by the use of successful equipment and the adaptation of quantity of products to vegetation stages. The objective of this training period was to study the agronomic (quality of deposition of pesticides) and environmental (limitation of the losses of pesticides in the environment) optimization during the pesticides spraying. The experimentations on organic conversion viticulture with high powdery mildew pressure and medium downy mildew pressure showed that it was possible to reduce the doses of pesticides by the use of materiel with tunnel of recuperation of losses and the adaptation of the quantity of pesticides to the development of the vine. The environmental and biologic behavior of the field had also an effect on the emergency of powdery and downy mildew. Thus, in a long time, the knowledge in genetic and disease prevention but also in the farming systems could permit to reduce the use of pesticides.
