Optimisation thermique en milieu industriel : méthodologie et outils de diagnostic

Résumé

Nowaday, the cost of energy is constantly evolving as well as the amont of carbon tax which is expected to rise for the coming years. That's why, several industries or local authorities makes a commitment in an initiative of control of energy. However, there are a lot of providers who proposes their knowledges in order to reduce the energy consumptions of buildings, industrial sites or processes. But, to fight against the competition and diversify their activities, Inddigo entrust me a mission which the aim is to create some applications for different processes as heat exchanger, boiler and refrigeration unit. In fact, currently, Inddigo has some applications for electricity, compressed air or electric motors but none for the processes which are previously mentioned. This report is composed of three main parts describing: - The applications made during the mission, - A methodology of an energy audit inspired by the ADEME's methodology and Inddigo's practices, - The realization of an energy audit for the leader of the metallurgy with the use of the applications and of the ADEME's methodology.
