Analyse d'une rénovation énergétique d'habitation

Abstract : We live in a home, a house or an apartment. In France, the housing sector accounts for about 43% of the total energy consumption. In order to reduce the energy consumption and improve the energy performance we can renovate the old house. The renovation of an old apartment is composed of: insulation, heating, hot water production, air conditioning, ventilation. The system heating and production hot water account for 65% of the total energy cost of a house and up to 75% in Lorraine. We can reduce the need of heating of a house by a good insulation. The system heat pump is the most efficient heating system which uses less energy. The thermodynamic hot water heater and the thermodynamic solar water heater are the solutions more ecologies and economies for production of hot water. We can receive a tax credit for certain improvements or renovations of the projects. After the renovation we get a home more comfortable and energy efficient.
