Comment se construire en héros : Jacques Rabemananjara entre scènes et écriture

Abstract : Jacques Rabemananjara (1913-2005), writer and politic man, sought all his life to give a representation of himself that corresponds to the expectations of the environment in which he intended to be recognized. He pursued the same objective over a wide range of periods in which he played contrasting roles. This study aims to highlight that his works, statements and speeches - sometimes rightly described as contradictory - are the result of the same project, that of the always controlled construction of an ethos.
