Data Transmission Scheme Based on Publish/Subscribe in Workshop

Abstract : At present, request/reply data transmission mode is often adopted between industrial application and data acquisition equipment. But they are highly dependent on each other, which reduces the timeliness of data transmission and fails to meet the workshop data flexible demands of industrial applications. In this paper, a workshop data transmission mode based on publish/subscribe communication mode is designed. The message proxy server based on the MQTT protocol is designed in detail, and the publish and subscribe process of the client is analyzed. The test shows that with the increase in the number of subscription clients, the delay of sending messages increases linearly without any surge.
