Based on our results, arthrocopy analysis seemed to present good correlation with CT4D data, especially for the SLG. CT4D had also a prognostic value due to parameters quantification
Corrélation entre évaluations arthroscopique et arthroscannographique dynamique 4D des instabilités scapho-lunaires du poignet : à propos de 16 cas
Résumé
OBJECTIVE :The purpose was to evaluate the correlation that could exist between arthroscopy observations and 4D kinematic CT analysis of patients with suspected chronic scapholunate instability (SLI). METHDOS : 42 patients with clinical SLI suspected were prospectively evaluated with radiographs, arthrography and CT4D. 16 patients (10 men, 6 women) with mean age of 48.6±8.6 years underwent wrist arthroscopy for diagnostic purposes. Based on the Dautel‘s arthroscopic classification, four subgroups were defined: Normal Group (NG) (n=3), moderate SLI (MG) (n=3) severe SLI (SG) (n=10), the last corresponding to a group without sever SLI NG + MG (n=6). Two independent examiners have assessed CT4D data during radio-ulnar deviation and evaluated scapholunate gap (SLG) and radioscaphoid angle (RSA) in different parameters (mean value - mean, maximum value - max, coefficient of variation - CV, range of values - amp). A third reviewer assessed the arthrography data in tear of scapholunate ligament (absence of tear or AT, partial tear or PT and full tear or FT).
