Résumé

ABSTRACT We describe here the preparation of a new class of photosensitizers cyclophane represented by a family of asymmetrical N ‐ bisheterocyclic bis ‐imidazolium bromide macrocycles. 1H NMR, 2D NMR, mass spectroscopy measurements, crystallographic x‐ray structures and photophysical properties of these cyclophane imidazolium salts are described, as well as the evaluation of their anti‐microbial activity.
