Satisfaction des patients hospitalisés en France et au Viet Nam

Abstract : This work presents general principles and methodology of our inpatient satisfaction study. The results are then applied tu the CliniQualVie and DSPH programs in Nancy University Hospital Centre.There are five stages in our study: 1. The clarification and explication of the conceptual, methodology basic of patient satisfaction. 2. The translation and validation of a French version of the PJHQ questionnaire. 3. The identification of principal factors related to patient satisfaction : psycho-sociodemographic, health, hospital stay, health structure and modalities of respond (anonymous, confidentiality). 4. The identification of principal factors related to the response rate of the patient satisfaction questionnaire. 5. As the result of this study, we will give a description of inpatient satisfaction in France and Vietnam.
