Innovation et métrologie : une approche en terme d'indice d'innovation potentielle

Abstract : The innovation represents a major process in poli ci es of development. Growth in the capacity of companies to innovate becomes an essential action. However it is important to evaluate if the carried out actions to increase it are efficient. The objective of research is to establish the basis of a metrology of innovation to measure the capacity of industrial systems to innovate. Thus it will be possible to objectify the evolution of innovation piloting practices. The Potential Innovation Index (PII) is a methodological proposal based of aggregation techniques. Its construction highlights the concern of considering at the same time the external and internal parameters that can affect the result. A comparison of results is made between PII and other multicriteria methodologies like Electra and AHP. An experimentation with a panel is made and a typology of innovating systems is proposed.
