Étude de solubilité des colorants dans le dioxyde de carbone : application au procédé de teinture en milieu CO2 supercritique

Abstract : ln the aim to improve control of the process of dyeing in supercritical medium CO2, we devoted this work to the study of solubility of disperse dyes in carbon dioxide. Measurements were taken by two methods: static and dynamic. ln static mode, by using the one window cell, the point of solubility is obtained by visual observation, and dynamic mode using an equipment of dynamic extraction SFE, by application of the model of dissolution proposed by Lin. The calibration of the three dyes in CO2 was carried out by using the two windows cell, and application the Beer-Lambert law. The results of this study were validated on the SFT 600 pilot. The modification brought to this pilot made it possible to improve the result of dyeing of polyester in supercritical CO2, by a saving of important time, as weil as an economy of the dye, with a better control of reproducibility.
