Mise au point d'un modèle in vitro, sur hépatocytes isolés, adapté à l'étude des propriétés antihépatotoxiques d'extraits végétaux : application à la recherche des principes antiradicalaires de Rosmarinus offcinalis L.

Abstract : This aim of this study is the investigation of hepatoprotective activity of some vegetal species used in folk medecine. The pharmacological models used are diphenyl pycryl hydrazyl decoloration test and a model of isolated hepatocytes intoxicated by tert butyl hydroperoxide. This two models allows the approach of the antiradicalar, antilipoperoxidant and antinecrotic activities of the crude extracts. After screening of 27 species, Rosmarinus officinalis was fractionated. Thin layer chromatography and centrifuge chromatography permitted the isolation of the active fraction and the active constituents, lactone diterpènes have been identified by gaz chromatography and mass spectrometric methods
