Etude des mécanismes de formation des agrégats oxygénés du chrome par interaction laser : application à des aérosols dans le cadre de l'hygiène du travail

Abstract : This work concerning chromium clusters formation by laser irradiation mecanisms is divided in three parts. The first is about theoritical investigation of laser matter interaction. After the introduction of some clusters formation mecanisms about other techniques than laser irradiation. We enter upon the subject of all parameters which influence the clusters mecanisms in the case of laser ionisation coupled to mass spectrometry. In the second part, a method has first been developped on laser microprobe LAMMA fot in-situ chromium valence determination in standard products. Then a detailled study about oxygen an hydratation effect in chromium clusters formations especially in the negative ion mode, has been carried out to improve the method of chromium valence determination. After wards, the effect of resonant ionisation on clusters formation mecanisms in positive ion mode has been shown. At last, a fundamental study on clusters stability by laser microprobe FTMS an theoritical calculation makes the study about the stability of the clusters. Third part is dedicated to the application of this method on complex matrices : in the case aerosols from industry environment and biological tissues in the context of work health an chromates toxicity. The in-situ determination of chromium valence in those complex matrices by laser microprobe LAMM illustrates this technique's feasibility and it's possible extension in the field of metallic derivatives inclued in biological matrices
