La loi organique dans la Constitution de 1958

Abstract : "Organique" law. Historical origins. Material, explicit and textual notion in constitution of 1958. Attributed, reserved and protected, but incomplete and disjointed domain. Specific but varied procedure. Peculiar place in the hierarchy of juridical norms, below the constitution but above the law. Notion which is admitted by French constitutional practice and adapted by African and Spanish constitutions. "Organique" law is a useful and new juridical notion which limits the powers of the parlement.
