Liberté corporelle et nécessités sociales

Abstract : Personal corporal freedom had considerably evolved under the influence of biology and medicine, which have made great strides. Rules of self-determination are changing. The traditional control of the judicial system emanating of political power is progressively supplanted by a control system emanating of scientific and medical authorities. Therefore, justifications to set bounds to self-determination are different.
