Processus de sélection des PSL : Le contexte des contrats d’externalisation logistique

Abstract : Following the logistics outsourcing strategies implemented for several decades, Logistics Services Providers (PSL) have become key players in any Supply Chain (SC). To integrate these actors into its SC, the shipper must make a rigorous selection of the most efficient, those having to meet its requirements in terms of reliability, responsiveness, and with whom it can consider establishing partnership relations. The PSL selection process is the object of our research developed in this HDR thesis, which we have studied in terms of selection criteria and methods. The main criteria identified in this process such as ICT, quality, relationship, and cost, as well as the evolution of their relative importance in recent years, have been detailed. In terms of methods, we have categorized them into five groups, which are: MADM, statistical approaches, mathematical programming, artificial intelligence, and hybrid models. As part of our research work, we have implemented the ELECTRE method and the hybrid ELECTRE -AHP model.
