Évaluation de la qualité de l’enseignement à l’Université Julius Nyerere de Kankan à travers une analyse des besoins et pratiques documentaires des enseignants

Abstract : In order to address the problem of development of their countries, our leaders have opted for a qualification in the education sector and specially that of higher education. So that during the 2000s, higher education institutions of Guinea are engaged in a vast movement of renovation of their rograms. This reform effort will lead to the adoption of a new education system: the License-Master's-Doctorate system (LMD). At that time, the need to adapt academic programs to the requirements of the international system and he labor market arose. However, the adoption of this new system creates new needs among facuity, including information needs in the preparation of courses and scientific research. In this article we have identified these needs among the faculty of the University Julius Nyerere of Kankan. We also tried to determine the information behavior of these teachers in order to propose appropriate solutions to meet these needs.
