Optimisation et Industrialisation de la solution Wide et Witplayer (Technologie Witbe)

Abstract : In its approach of quality of service, France Telecom ensures the supervision of service for a chain profession and (messaging - IVR VOIP - TOIP - TV), to achieve this supervision, active robots are deployed throughout the network in fifty sites in Metropole, in DOM, and in the abroad. These robots simulate the activity of users from the program called "scripts", and back measures of performance (response time, availability rate ...). Alarms are triggered if no answer, or exceeding the threshold previously set with the corresponding applications supervised. Supervisors respond to each alarm by raising the robots by snapping the recovery actions for a return to normal. All these measures are available in the portal of restitution measures to provide performance statistics for monitored applications. France Telecom uses three technologies to ensure its supervision: Witbe technology, and Compuware technology (Vantage & Agentless). In collaboration with teams from France Telecom (DESI / DPOSI) and the editor of the tool, the objective of my internship is to validate, qualify, test and implement new technology of robot from a Wide solution (soft Witbe) and a base E_BURO (Orange workstation).
