Modélisation en régime dynamique d'une maison basse énergie Etude de cas "Maison Politehnica"

Abstract : The aim of this internship was to model an experimental house, said "passive", built at the energetic faculty of the polytechnic university of Bucharest. This one is mainly more independent than other "classical" houses. In fact, it has different elements like a thermal solar panel, which products hot water by solar energy, or a Canadian well which permits to heat during the winter or refresh during the summer, in exchanging calories of the home inlet air with the ground at 2m deep. Thanks to TRNSYS, a thermal dynamic simulation software and to Google SketchUp, a 3D modeling software, we have found to represent the more faithfully as possible this house, in modeling different thermal flows, and in simulating temperature of each rooms during the year. We have also modeled different thermal equipments which are attached to it: Canadian well, MVHR, thermal and photovoltaic solar panels, storage tank. Comparisons have been made between simulation experimental results thanks to sensors which are installed in the passive house.
