Comprendre le changement pour que l’homme soit en capacité d’agir

Abstract : This study addresses the recurrent question of organizational change imposed by social innovation policy reforms, taking into account the consequences for the structure but also and above all for the people living in this unstable climate. The challenges are to rethink management to act according to the principles of ergology with a posture that avoids the problems of stress related to change management. This is to maintain the motivation and involvement of employees in their activity. Communication seems to remain the key element for employees' commitment to the company's strategy. Organizations that succeed in doing so are rewarded by maintaining production and limiting psychosocial risks. From this perspective, social dialogue remains today one, if not the only solution to keep workers motivated as long as the general context responds to the ambition of "well-being" for individuals
