Altérité et tiers exclus. Une relecture sartrienne du triangle pédagogique
Résumé
For a few decades, new models of reciprocal relationships with a triangular structure have been introduced in the fields of communication and pedagogy as an attempt to avoid the more traditionnal ones of the binary confrontation with the Other. Many of those models have however failed to achieve this aim : in our opinion this is the case of Jean Houssaye's model of the pedagogical triangle, and its principle of excluded third. Doesn't this last principle indeed stand for another name for the Other, and its irreducible character ? For what would be then the relation between a theory of the Other and the excluded third ? This paper attempts to answear such questions by using Sartres theory of the Otherness and the Other.
