Contribution à l'amélioration des performances des systèmes complexes par la prise en compte des aspects socio-techniques dès la conception : proposition d'un modèle original de situation de travail pour une nouvelle approche de conception

Abstract : The integration of the safety in design phase, is as well a necessity for the performances improvement of production systems as well for nonnal operating)mode that for degraded operating mode, maintenance mode, at the time of regulating of breakdown, of production types changes, etc. This integration requires the existence of tools and methods to facilitate the communication between the various trades intervening in the design process. The lacks in these tools and methods, noted by the results of our analyses, required the specification of relevant models relating to the production system and its design process in order to, in the long term allow a taking into account of risks which can exist in exploitation phases. A definition of Working Situation concept was proposed. This notion was developed, detailed and argued as the bases of the conceptual model of working situation resulting from elements in confonnity with European standard, from the results of our analyses and from sorne of scientific literature. This suggested model allowing the taking into account of the safety view point as soon as possible in the various design phases of these complex systems. An using approach of this model was argued in arder to take into account various dynamic levels of the working situation for the use of our model and in a socio -technical approach. The interest and relevance of the model for the design process, including the human safety integration process and the use feedback, were illustrated. Using dynamics of this model make it possible to facilitate the communication between the various project actors in order to avoid expensive later modifications. These modifications require the research for means (methods, tools, etc.) to solve contradictions like safety-productivity, which were treated. A methodological and technical support (demonstrative informatics model) was proposed in order to help the designer to structure the design process in an objective to represent and manage whole of information relating to the socio-technical system during its utilization phase in factory. This methodological support also makes it possible to facilitate and systematize the communication between the various designers in the project.
