Contrôle par le produit des systèmes d'exécution de la production : apport des techniques de synthèse

Abstract : Works presented in this report join the context of the product/process engineering of manufacturing systems. This context leads to reconsider the hierarchically integrated production processes to the profit of more flexible and reconfigurable distributed structures. More precisely, the products variability control, especially within the framework of a mass- customized production, imposes the ability to adapt the manufacturing control to the product characteristics while ensuring their individual traceability. Our contribution focuses on the formalization of a product driven control modeling framework of the manufacturing systems, based on formal synthesis techniques proposed within the context of Ramadge & Wonham Supervisory Control Theory. The originality of our contribution consists in placing the product at the center of the automation process, by ensuring the interoperability between the control of manufacturing system resources and the control of product routing through the system.
