Contribution à l'étude des phénomènes de relaxation et de vieillissement dans les polymères amorphes :

Abstract : We studied the molecular mobility of Poly Méthyl Methacrylate (PMMA) during a physical ageing, at various temperatures, by mechanical spectroscopy with scanning in temperature for 4 nearly simultaneous frequencies 0,33Hz, 1Hz, 3,33Hz and 20Hz, and by differentials scanning calorimetry (DSC) with scanning in temperature. On the plan experimental, this study has allowed to find two relaxations (traditional) alpha and beta and to highlight an additional signal induced by preliminary ageings. These peak of structural relaxation strongly depend on the preliminary conditions of annealings (temperature and time of ageing) do not prove sensitive to the frequency in DMA. We also could establish a relationship between the pre-peak observed in DSC and the structural relaxation observed in mechanical spectroscopy. The draft of modeling of the DMA and the DSC undertaken within the framework of formalism DNLR developed at the laboratory us with allowed to check (qualitatively) that they were there induced demonstrations anisothermes by multiple nonlinear kinetics.
