Génération de résidus robustes pour une approche intégrée de diagnostic des systèmes linéaires déterministes ou stochastiques

Abstract : This work is about the diagnosis of deterministic or stochastic linear systems and reconfiguration of the controllaws. The first section deals with the diagnosis of uncertain deterministic systems. First it studies the design of robust state estimation by full. reduced and minimal unknown inputs observers. Using this result, two approaches are developed. The first presents a robust residual generation by a full system state estimation. This estimation requires the c1assical unknown input decoupled condition to be verified. To avoid this, we have developed a second approach, in which the robust residual generation uses a bank of reduced order observers. This approach cames out the detection, isolation and correction fauIts, by a decomposition of the original system into several sub-systems, each being sensitive to a sub-set of failures defined beforehand, while- remaining insensitive to unknown inputsand other faults. In the second section, the reached methods for the deterministic systems are extending to the stochastic systems. We consider first the problem of robust state estimation, in order to give a general approach of the Kalman filtering with uncertain stochastic systems. The particular point of tbis study is based on two regular transformations of the system in one sub - system without unknown inputs. This solution gives us the possibility to rebuild, via the convention al Kalman Filtering and base update, the complete state of the original system. We can then use the previous method for the diagnosis of uncertain stochastic systems. Consequently, we put forward in this last chapter a new algorithm of detection, isolation and iden.tification fallures.
